Return & Refund Policy – Yeemix

General Policy

We do not offer a no-questions-asked return policy. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For items not purchased directly from the Yeemix official store, please contact the original retailer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Products with obvious signs of use

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Returns not caused by product quality issues (return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and original shipping fees will be deducted)


7-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@yeemix.com

  • Ship the product back at your own cost (including shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes)

  • Provide the return tracking number once shipped

Please note:
We currently do not provide return shipping labels. You will need to arrange shipping through your local courier or postal service.


Wrong or Missing Items

If:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your package has not arrived within 30 days after shipping

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the received product

  • A photo showing the tracking number (written or printed)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

If you still wish to cancel after shipment, you must return the product at your own expense.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
