Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered by your local postal service

  • Express Shipping: DHL, UPS, or FedEx


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Tracking information will be updated within 7 days after shipment.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days

  • Express Shipping: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and may be affected by peak seasons such as Christmas or Black Friday.


Warehouse Locations

Orders may be shipped from:

  • China Warehouse

  • United States Warehouse


Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

  • Street number

  • Building number

  • Apartment/Room number

  • Valid ZIP/postal code

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery failure.


Special Regional Requirements

China / Hong Kong / Macau

  • Must provide Chinese name and address

Taiwan

  • Chinese name and address required

  • ID number (or passport for foreigners) required

  • Must register with the EZ Way App for customs clearance

Failure to comply may result in confiscation by customs. Yeemix is not responsible for such cases.

South Korea

  • Korean name, address, and phone number required

  • Personal Tax ID (P + 12 digits) required

Chile / Colombia / Turkey

  • Tax ID required (VAT / CPF / Passport / EOR)


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • Russia, Belarus, Gibraltar

  • Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • PO Boxes

Some regions may be unavailable due to customs or carrier restrictions.


Multiple Shipments

Orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability and shipping methods.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled after shipment

If an order is returned due to customer error, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are not included in product prices and may vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees.


Shipping Insurance (Optional)

We offer optional shipping insurance through a third-party provider.

Coverage includes:

  • Loss or theft during transit

  • Major damage affecting product usability

Insurance does not cover:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Customs delays

  • Minor cosmetic damage

  • Delivered packages

  • Customer: Accurate information & customs compliance
